Agreement

By accessing this website or engaging Asia Raw Consulting LLC for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Specific engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement.

Services

We provide marketing services including paid advertising, social media management, SEO & content, and brand strategy. Scope and deliverables are defined per engagement.

Payment

Fees are billed per the terms of your engagement and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in your engagement.

Intellectual property

Deliverables produced for you become yours upon full payment. Our pre-existing frameworks, tools and know-how remain our property.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
